ActionLink is seeking an energetic, computer savvy individual who will thrive onengaging customers in a localBest Buy's computer department for the post-holiday winter retail season. This role represents our multinational client, Intel, where you will play a key role in showcasing their cutting-edge core processingcomputingtechnology.

It is a goal of ours to help make consumer electronic purchases easier, more enjoyable, and more informative for the customer. If you have a passion for computers and enjoy interacting with people, this could be a perfect fit for you!

Schedule:

• Saturdays & Sundays 11 am - 3 pm; starting March 11 am - 5 pm
• This is a seasonal promotional program running through March 31st; possibly longer

Job Requirements:

• Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel
• Assess customer needs and recommend various PC computer products, software, and services
• Engage customers throughout the sales process (e.g., greeting, needs assessment, product knowledge, closing, etc.)
• Complete same-day electronic surveyreports documenting visits, including submitting digital photos
• Maintain occasional business communication with District Manager via phone and/or email

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about computer technology
• Access to internet, printer, and a smart device for training and reporting
• Available to work on Saturdays andSundays
