Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Retail Training Representative to build brand awareness and increase appliance sales by training of store associates. Representatives will visit multiple retail locations in the Los Angeles, CA territory and complete education and training programs with retail associates and management. The main objective is to make a strategic impact by working closely with retail store teams, sharing knowledge, and helping them better understand the products to create a more positive consumer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about consumer electronics and/or appliances and thrives on having a positive impact on customers’ lives. 

Position Requirements:

  • Reps make store visits during the second and third week of every month. They typically complete 10-12 store visits over a 12 business day time frame.  Average store visits are 75 minutes each.
  • Availability to travel to multiple retail stores within the Los Angeles, CA  territory
  • Experience in retail sales, appliances, or training
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills – You are the face of the brand!
  • Ability to excel without constant supervision; must be a self-starter
  • Availability to join scheduled conference calls
  • Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
  • Access to a digital camera and photo uploading capabilities

Candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
