Full Time Electronics Sales Specialist - SONY

Come Join our Sales Team

As a Sales Specialist, you will be representing one of our premier clients and an industry leader in the manufacturing and marketing of consumer electronics.   The Sales Specialist will be responsible for sales growth in an assigned store on the weekends by managing positive relationships and focusing on all sales activities with Televisions and Home Theater.  The Specialist will be required to meet Key Performance Indicators, working closely with Sony and cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales execution.

 This position works approximately 37.5 hours per week, typically Thursday through Monday


  • Direct-to-Consumer Selling –  Assist Best Buy sales associates in selling of products and create a positive impact during peak selling hours during the week and weekend. Help customers make confident buying decisions resulting in a great experience.
  • Face-to-Face Training  – Train in-store sales associates and managers on the features and benefits of client products. Training may be conducted in both formal and informal settings.
  • Sales Management –  Utilize relationships built with store management and associates to increase sales. This would include ensuring the products are displayed and functional on the store floor, use of creative initiatives with store approval, etc
  • Your Feedback -  Collect and report visit data as well as competitive data electronic call reports. Your feedback is reviewed by the client and is very valuable.


Are you a Match?

  • Bilingual in Mandarin required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • National, Regional, or Independent consumer electronics sales experience preferred
  • Previous retail selling experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent group presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must work weekends
  • Must be willing to be held accountable to specific metrics
