Excellence and Analytics Manager

The Excellence and Analytics Manager will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing our day to day merchandising performance.  This involves analyzing reports using Microsoft Excel extensively, visiting stores to inspect and test display projects, inspecting representative reports for quality and accuracy, and providing insights to program leadership. 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily reporting of all active projects
  • Daily reporting of any cleanup projects
  • Weekly reporting of any outstanding escalations
  • Own the quality control (QC) process with supervision from Account Manager
    • Performing the full QC process solo on smaller projects. This position will perform QC daily.
    • When a QC team is used- Assist QC team by providing indirect supervision, sometimes direct, creating QC documents, identifying what should be QC’d, reviewing QC work, providing feedback to QC, AM and field.  
    • Identify problem areas and provide documentation for district manager to review so performance coaching can be delivered
    • Identify areas of improvement in surveys by trending areas where multiple reps fail.  Work with reporting team to implement improvement.
    • Work with client services team to improve project instructions based on QC and reporting results.
  • Feedback on field performance to the program leadership

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and experience desired
  • Ability to execute merchandising projects in stores as needed
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well with co-workers, customers, vendors and other collaborators.
  • Ability to multi-task and work productively in a fast paced team environment and meet deadlines.
