ActionLink is seeking a personable individual to guide customers through event and party planning in a local Party City store. The Party Advisor will help ensure each customer is introduced to all the great products that create a fantastic theme party or event. The Advisor will be responsible for sales growth in the assigned store by managing positive relationships and focusing on all sales activities. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background or high customer-facing experience.  Those with a passion for party or event planning having worked either personally or professionally to create events for their families, friends, coworkers, etc. are a great match.

The Role:

  • Assist customers with finding and selecting party and event-related products to coordinate celebrations
  • Engage customers in positive and energetic consultative sales interactions
  • Inspire customers on what their events/parties could be using digital tools that will be provided

The Details:

  • The position hours are: 37.5 - 40 hours per week including weekends
  • $14-$15 hourly rate PLUS sales bonuses
  • Supportive corporate staff and field management team
  • Paid training to hone your existing skills and expertise
  • W2 employment with bi-weekly pay schedule
