We are seeking a driven, high energy individual to join our sales team who will thrive on showcasing to Best Buy shoppers the latest innovations in home theater entertainment. This Full-Time Specialist rolerepresentsour multinational client, Sony®, and their premier line of 4K & OLED televisions, sound bars, and surround sound home audio. You will play a key role in explaining product features and recommending solutions that fit the individual need of the customer tocreate the ultimate home theater experience.

SCHEDULE:

  • 37.5 - 40 hours per week
  • Thursdays & Fridays: Noon - 8:00pm; Saturdays: 11:00am - 7:30pm, Sundays 11:00am - 6:00pm, Mondays Noon - 8:00pm

JOB DUTIES:

  • Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel
  • Engage customers through sales process to drive profitable growth and achieve individual sales goals
  • Train in-store sales associates and managers on Sony features and benefits
  • Ensure that products are properly merchandised, displayed, and functional
  • Submit electronic reports which include customer and competitive data

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous commission or quota-based sales experience required
  • Previous technologysales background preferred
  • Outgoing, driven personality with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about consumer electronics
  • Willing to be held accountable to specific sales goals and metrics
  • Available to work Thursdays through Mondays
  • Access to the internet, printer, and smart device for training and reporting
