ActionLink is seeking enthusiastic lovers of interactive entertainment technology!

Come join our team as a Full-Time Retail Sales and Training Professional who will thrive on engaging customers and creating a high energy environment.

We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales Professional to drive sales in the mobile wireless store environment on behalf of one of the world’s leading providers of smart phones and other electronics. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome and create excitement about our products and services will stand out.

You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. You will also engage other store sales staff, acting as a resource for training and product knowledge.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week;8 hour shifts Tuesdays through Saturdays
  • This promotional program is running 6 months with the possibility of continuation

Job Requirements:

  • Greeting and engaging customers
  • Providing a compelling in-store buying experience for customers
  • Creating excitement around product innovations and how they impact customer’s lives and lifestyles
  • Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
  • Ensuring product merchandising is set to perfection
  • Training other store sales staff on the specific value propositions of our products and services
  • Ensure sales staff and customers are aware of current promotions
  • Stay current on all learning assignments and responsibilities
  • Promote the use of our in-store APP
  • Reporting progress and opportunities to your sales management team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
  • Understanding of the retail sales process
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • BA in Marketing or related field is a plus
